Once you have completed the necessary training and have gained a thorough understanding of our profession and services, your key responsibilities will be to : - handle new orders from existing customers (purchasing, HR, finance departments, etc.) placed by telephone, e-mail or fax ; - establish the purpose of calls and subsequently advise or redirect clients ; - update the customer relationship management (CRM) tool. All requests are linked to fleet management (invoicing, information regarding vehicle deliveries, etc.).
As an account manager, you play a key role in managing, gaining the loyalty of and developing a portfolio of clients. Working within a close-knit team, your responsibilities will be to : - assess and define the type of fleet that a customer requires ; - ensure any specific client needs are met ; - carry out any amendments to contracts ; - anticipate when vehicles need to be changed or replaced ; - review and monitor the fleet management process ; - draw up the necessary statistical analyses.
As a salesperson, you constitute a genuine partner for our clients. In direct contact with customer finance and purchasing departments, your role is to market our fleet management solutions (full service leasing) within a designated geographic region. Once you have completed the necessary training and have gained a thorough understanding of our profession and services, your three primary responsibilities will be to secure new business and to cement and develop the loyalty of our existing client base. To do so, you have a role to play at each stage in the sales and management process, from canvassing new clients to evaluating which fleet management solutions are most suited to a customer's needs and overseeing the negotiation and signing of contracts. You will also be involved in training the ALD Automotive sales network with the help Société Générale Group's new business brokers.
